The Farmer's Museum is located between Glimmerglass Opera and Cooperstown and they show school groups different farming techniques indigenous to upstate New York. When I began the summer at Glimmerglass I thought they had planted sticks, but by early August these hops plants were flourishing quite nicely. Every time we would pass it I would think, 'mmmm . . . beer'.
